Oregon Book Event Info!
I did get my presskit the other day...so maybe in the next week or so the book will be order-able online! In the meantime....

Okay...I said it was coming...and now I can fully reveal all the information!

Mark your calenders for SATURDAY, AUGUST 16, 2008! That afternoon, at 1:30 P.M., in ROOM 8 at GARDEN HOME RECREATION CENTER, Kristen Sheley will be doing a BOOK READING, Q&A, and BOOK SIGNING.

ALLLLLL are welcome to attend! You are invited! Tell your spouse! Your kids! Your parents! Your elderly neighbor! Your dog! Etc. On a serious note, it would mean a tremendous amount to me to see you there and have you share in this first! You do not need to buy anything...just the presence there is good enough! (If you Betaed PIT4, and you are local, I will not give you the book until this event...so you can get it then or I will mail it to you after.)

This event is all ages -- there is a nice playground out back for restless kids if they are bored. My brother and his wife are coming all the way for England for this (well, and his 10 year h.s. reunion), so you know it’s gonna be good!

WHERE: Room 8 (next to the library) at Garden Home Recreation Center, 7475 SW Oleson Rd, Portland, OR 97223.

WHEN: Saturday, August 16, 2008, 1:30 - 3 P.M.

WHY: Because I need to pimp the book, yo! And because it will be fun and stressful and scary and all that jazz! :-)
